Welcome to Moving'95 — your all-in-one moving organizer. This guide covers every feature so you can get the most out of the app on moving day and beyond.

1. Settings → Personal Info — Enter your name, addresses, move-out & move-in dates, email, and phone. This info powers the PDFs, profile page, and email composer.
2. Settings → Google Sheets — Paste your Google Apps Script URL to enable cloud sync. Without this your data stays local only.
3. Add Item (➕) — Start logging your belongings from the Inventory tab.
4. Profile tab (👤) — Review your move summary and stats at a glance.

The heart of the app. Log every item you're moving, assign it to a room, box/bin, and status. Data syncs to your Google Sheet when you tap Refresh.

Tip: Use the 📦 Boxes & Bins Manager (tap the box icon in the form) to create labeled containers before adding items — then assign items to containers as you pack.

Browse, search, filter, sort, and export your full inventory. Tap ↺ Refresh to pull the latest from Google Sheets. Color-coded by room. Tap any row to edit.

• Filter bar — filter by room, status, keyword, or fragile flag
• Sort — tap column headers to sort by any field
• ⬇ PDF — download a printable inventory list
• 🗑 Reset — clears the local cache (does not delete Sheet data)

Your personal move dashboard. Shows your name, addresses, move dates, email, and phone pulled from Personal Info. Also displays live stats:

• Total items, tasks, schedule events
• Task completion rate
• Outstanding budget amount

Tap ✎ Edit Info to jump directly to Personal Info in Settings.

Build a moving to-do list. Add tasks with a category, description, and due date. Check them off as you go.

• Categories: Pack, Load, Moving, Cleaning, Paint/Repair, and more
• Filter bar — view All / Unfinished / Done or by category
• Progress bar — shows percentage of tasks completed
• 🗑 Clear All — removes every task (cannot be undone)

Tip: Use the Contacts & Email section to send a Tasks PDF to helpers and movers.

A calendar of your move-related events — key pickup, truck rental, lease signing, utility transfers, deliveries, etc.

• + Add Event — title, date/time, location, notes, category
• Delivery Tracker — log expected deliveries with status (Pending / Delivered)
• Google Calendar sync — if your Google Calendar ID is saved in Settings, events can be pushed to your phone calendar
• Calendar view — browse by month, tap a day to see events

Plan your moving-day drive. Enter origin and destination and get an interactive map with turn-by-turn directions, distance, and estimated drive time.

• Address autocomplete — powered by OpenStreetMap (no API key needed)
• Save Route — save frequently used routes for quick recall
• ⛽ Gas Stations — find gas stations along your route
• 🔍 Road Trip Hunt — a scavenger hunt game you play while driving

Track every moving expense — truck rental, movers, packing supplies, deposits, utility transfers, and more.

• Add Expense — name, amount, category, status (Paid / Unpaid / Pending)
• Running totals — total spent, amount owed, and budget breakdown by category
• Budget PDF — download a summary to share with housemates or keep for records
• Calculator — built-in calculator widget in Settings can send results directly to a budget entry

A curated collection of 33+ Spotify playlist stations organized by genre. Tap a tile to open the playlist in Spotify. Dial through stations with the retro tuner.

• Tile view — album-art style grid with genre badges
• Retro dial — drag or tap ◀ ▶ to tune through stations
• ⓘ Info button — shows genre, description, and explicit rating for each station
• Custom URLs — paste your own Spotify playlist URL into any station slot in Settings → Radio Stations
• 🎉 Rave Radio — special neon mode with an EDM livestream; activate Rave Mode in Settings for the full experience

Six mini-games to keep everyone entertained on moving day. All run in the browser — no downloads needed.

Activate in Settings → Color Modes. Designed for maximum readability:

• All text is larger and uses a clean serif font (Lato/Georgia)
• Buttons and inputs are bigger for easier tapping
• ❓ Help badges appear next to every major button and section — tap any ❓ to see a plain-English explanation of what it does, in a large centered popup

Cloud sync requires a free Google account and two things:

1. Google Sheet URL — create a new Google Sheet, copy its URL, paste into Settings → Google Credentials → Sheet URL
2. Apps Script Web App URL — open your Sheet, go to Extensions → Apps Script, paste the Moving'95 Apps Script code, deploy as a web app, copy the URL, paste into Settings → Apps Script URL

Once both are saved: use ↺ Refresh on the Inventory tab to load data from the cloud, and the app will auto-sync new items when you tap Save.

• All data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — nothing is sent to any third-party server
• Google Sheets sync goes directly from your browser to your own Google account — Moving'95 never sees your Sheet data
• The email composer uses your device's default mail app (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook) — Moving'95 does not send emails on your behalf
• To fully erase your data: Settings → Backup & Restore (export first), then Settings → Danger Zone

• Tap the Moving'95 logo in the top-left to cycle through all four color modes instantly
• Tap the bottom nav tab you're already on to scroll back to the top of the page
• Use Backup & Restore before moving day so you have a local copy of everything
• Add your movers and helpers to Contacts, then use the email composer to send them the Inventory + Schedule PDFs the night before the move
• The 📦 Boxes & Bins Manager lets you create color-coded container labels — print the PDF to tape onto boxes
• Enable Easy Read Mode for family members who find small text difficult — everything gets bigger with one tap
• The Rave Mode EDM radio + trivia combo is perfect for long packing sessions
